After we discovered our home had little insulation, we contacted local contractors to quote us on attic and wall insulation. Patrick, with MasterGuard Insulation, was quick to respond and set up a time the next day to visit our home. Patrick’s quote for the labor and materials was fair and competitive. Patrick is also a pretty cool person and it was a pleasure to work with him. 🙂
Patrick and his team, Greg and Gary (also cool people) came to install the insulation a week after we called. They arrived early, so early that I was still dropping the little one off at daycare (haha), and worked fast! They cleaned as they went and were communicative as things came up. Early in the process, we discovered there was already insulation in the outside walls of the home, but not inside and they readjusted our quote accordingly.
We appreciated this team’s fast and hard work. The home feels completely different and so much cozier in the winter and cool in the summer. Our energy bills have also seen a difference and we are going to pay ourselves back for the work in no time.

I have used this company a number of time and they have always done a good job.  They are helpful and are alway pleasant to deal with.  I would recommend anyone interested in increasing their comfort by adding insulation.

This company was subcontracted by our HVAC company to add insulation in our attic. The most important aspect, which is rare these days, was the utmost HONESTY and GOOD Faith. Adam explained everything during the process. Did our job as he would do for his own home. Extremely meticulous and tidy. They left the place cleaner than it was. This company was contracted through Lees Air conditioning, who just did a great job on whole home duct replacement for me.
Patrick (owner) and Adam were out today doing the whole home exterior wall insulation.
It was an all day job (arrived at 8:30am, wrapping up the cleanup right now around 5:00pm) but these guys powered through it.
My home was built in 1954 and had NO exterior wall insulation.
They were meticulous and methodical in their process and cleanup.
Throughout the insulation installation Adam came in to check the interior walls to ensure everything was being blown in according to plan.
My home (exterior) was left as clean as you can expect after holes have been drilled throughout and insulation blown in. They did a phenomenal job.
After some recent bad experiences with contractors, it was refreshing to have companies like Lees Air and now Masterguard Windows & Insulation work on my home. True professionals.

I was so impressed with the work these folks did, their follow up, and their willingness to patiently answer any questions or concerns we had. Our units are so much more comfortable now with the ceiling insulation in, it’s like living in a super energy efficient home in the future, say 2040!
